An open letter to our employees, customers, & community

After Governor Wolf’s announcement, many of our customers, employees, and community members have questions about how we plan to serve our community and employees in this difficult time. All Things Automotive will comply with all CDC and government recommendations to ensure the safety of the public and our employees while providing essential services to the motoring public. We will continue our mission to provide these services and products in the safest, convenient, and affordable way possible. Below, we have outlined our business segments and hours and what we are doing in each area to mitigate risk to the public and our employees.

Service & Parts

As an essential service provider designated by the state of Pennsylvania, we will continue to keep our customers on the road with skilled technicians and a high supply of affordable CarQuest parts. We will be minimizing risk and maintaining social distancing with our free pickup and delivery program, sanitizing door handles, steering wheels, seats, and flat surfaces, as well as employing disposable mats and covers in customer vehicles.

Vehicle Sales

The Wolf Administration has deemed vehicle sales departments to be non-essential in Pennsylvania. To comply with this order and protect the health and safety of our employees and customers, all sales operations will cease until it is safe and cleared by the state. At the moment, we have been told online sales, vehicle delivery, and sale-by-appointment are also not allowed, but we are working on developing those methods and other limited-contact options for vehicle purchase. As soon as the no-sale order is lifted, we will communicate all available options, including those limited-contact avenues.

In the meantime, we will do our best to answer questions via email. Additionally, you can use the “What’s My Payment?” button to virtually build your deal and get a rough idea of payments and options available. If you would like to hold a vehicle, please visit https://allthingsautomotive.com/finance/ and submit the application. A completed AND approved credit application/Pre-Qualification holds a vehicle for up to 30 days. When we resume operations, this will determine who has first pick on each car.
